Smoots Florist is AMAZING! I am in Scotland, and I tried to get flowers delivered to my daughter, in Nashville, for an immediate occasion. I attempted to use one of the big online type of "get it to them quickly" florist, of course I was dismayed at the lack of concern and the lack of expediency. I payed extra to have my bouquet delivered same day....did not happen. In my frantic state, I contacted LOCAL florist Smoots. What a fantastic outfit. Incredible customer service and a stunning arrangement delivered SAME DAY. I always shop locally, not sure why I biffed it on this occasion, but I learned my lesson. I highly recommend Smoots for all of your floral needs. I will use them, exclusively, from this point forward. Thank you so so much for your kindness and beautifully arranged bouquet!
Michael did a wonderful job and made sure my wife had a gorgeous bouquet when she came home this evening. I really appreciate his efforts and will be ordering from Smoot's again soon!
This florist is one of the worst places you can deal with. They lie about where they left the flowers and cannot show you the GPS of where they left them and you never get your flowers. Do not deal with them.
Had the best experience! Michael did an amazing job making sure everything was exactly perfect including sending me pictures before delivery to make sure I didn’t want to change anything. He had these flowers delivered within 3 hours of ordering as well!
WORSE FLORIST EVER! The flowers they delivered were disgraceful. I believe a 6 year old could do a better job. They even charge extra to get them delivered on time but NO the were delivered after my mother's funeral and after she wAs buried. The cards had been cute and taped like a kindergartner made it. The service, arrangement and delivery was Absolutely NOT professional in no manner. Then they tried to blame the wire service. The wire service didn't put the arrangements together. What a disgrace of a florist. Never use this florist in Manchester. The only reason they have 1 star is that's only way you can post a review.
These pictures are arrangements that were sent to my mother‘s funeral. Well actually they were sent late so they come to the home. There is no way anyone who is a qualified designer would send such a disgraceful arrangement out. The flowers are obviously from another arrangement as different lengths on the stems. One had four flowers the other had five flowers and the spray you could see the oasis all around and this is like a $55-$65 piece that they charge $185 for. I know what I’m talking about because I owned the flower shop for 20 years , you never send something out that you wouldn’t send to your own family. I would never order from them.This was the Manchester location and the card message was cut and taped
Absolutely amazing service! Michael at Smoot's went out of his way to prepare and deliver flowers for a funeral in a very tight time frame of a few hours. Even though I was international he kept in touch with me to reassure me and even sent me a photo of the flowers. Absolutely amazing and personal service with a smile and with real care! Thank you!
When I placed this order I didn’t read the reviews until after and I thought my friend was not going to get her flowers because it was a scam. Surprisingly, she did receive her flowers the day that it was suppose to be delivered, but it was at 10pm. So at least that is better than the other reviews. Maybe in the future they can get a tracking system or send updates so we aren’t all assuming we are getting scammed. I am just thankful she actually got the flowers.
Placed an order for a funeral service, only received a receipt, no confirmation, after a few days I reached out via phone #s (no answer/no VM), email, facebook and never received a reply. This business should be closed so others don't get scammed.
Flowers were ordered a day in advance & never delivered. I drove to the Murfreesboro location (which was an eyelash studio btw) and was given the owners phone number. After calling multiple times I got no answer. I had tried to call all locations numbers multiple times with no answer. Please look at these reviews and do not order from this place!! It is so upsetting because these flowers were supposed to be a surprise anniversary gift from my fiancé and he was scammed. 😔
Surprisingly disappointed. Ordered a day ahead of time for my mom's 75th birthday. I called the shop about a dozen times the day of the delivery, they didn't answer once. The arrangement was not delivered until after 9pm, and was completely different than what I ordered. I tried to resolve this via email, but the owner claimed that "there was nothing wrong with the order". Be aware, if you allow substitutions, they don't just substitute one flower or another in the arrangement, they will just deliver whatever they want. I was told that it's possible to reserve delivery times for an extra fee, but I tipped on top of the $18.00 delivery fee, and paid a total of $106.51!! That's already extremely expensive, especially since I didn't get what I ordered. The owner simply didn't care.
No stars would give a 0 rating. Should have read the reviews. Ordered Friday noon -local delivery for a visitation/funeral Monday at 10 am - flowers never arrived. I did talk to someone at the Nashville number after the service on Monday and got an excuse about the delivery man could not make it in time but the flowers could be delivered elsewhere. Gave new address and flowers never arrived Monday at all. Tuesday afternoon- still no flowers. No one will answer phone and cannot leave a voice mail. Do not order from this Company!!!!
Placed the order online the day before. Called the day of delivery to confirm it would be delivered. Delivery came a day late and was disappointing in appearance vs the image and description I paid for. They don’t offer any recourse for this beyond “10% off your next order” so yes, it is a scam.

Complete Scam!!!! The flowers never showed up and no one will answer the phone. 2 of the numbers provided are not valid numbers at all and the 3rd does not get answered and you cannot leave a message because the VM is not set up. This is probably done by design. Do not order from them you will lose you money and the flowers will not be delivered.Follow up on my review:After looking into another flower shop in the area a realized Smoot's Flowers is using pictures of their flower arrangements from other Florist shops in the area. There entire website and company is a SCAM right down to their website. I am filing a fraud claim to get my money back since they will not answer the phone.

I ordered flowers early Friday morning to be delivered to my wife that same day. They didn’t arrive. We were heading out of town for the weekend. We get back late Sunday afternoon and they were left at the front door. No delivery notice. Nothing. They were definitely not there Saturday morning when we left. Not to mention it wasn’t even what I ordered!! The first pic is I ordered, the other what showed up! Complete garbage. DO NOT use these people. Nobody answers the phone either!!

SCAM! When ordering flowers for my wife’s birthday I selected a delivery date that was available on Smoot’s calendar. On her birthday no flowers arrived. I tried calling at multiple points in the day but nobody answers and their voicemail is not set up. Smoot’s flower shop is a scam. Flowers were never delivered and nobody will answer a phone call or email to resolve the issue.
I was looking for a florist to deliver flowers to Vanderbilt hospital in Nashville and was having no luck until I called Smoot’s. Martha answered the phone and was such a delight to work with, It was extremely important that my dear friend received beautiful flowers after having major surgery. Martha was so sweet and helpful , I really had such a wonderful experience with Martha. The flower arrangement was absolutely stunning, my friend was so excited when they were delivered. Martha even text me picture of the arrangement before they were delivered. A big thank you to Martha she truly cares about going above and beyond. Smooth’s is lucky to have her.
I live in California and ordered flowers for a Nashville delivery. I was a bit disappointed in the arrangement that was delivered and sent an email voicing my concerns. Michael emailed and called me directly to apologize and tell me he wanted to make it right. He went above and beyond by delivering another arrangement to the venue. I appreciate the professionalism, patience and kindness shown by Michael. Definitely recommend Smoot's Flowers! Thank you!
Do not order from this place! Flowers were supposed to be delivered on 7/19 were just delivered on 8/3. And not even close to what was ordered. Worse yet no one ever answers the phone and you can't leave a message because no voice mail set up. Only gave 1 star to be able to make this post. Should be negative stars!
Had a mix-up with the order that was delivered and Michael went way over and above to correct the issue. Took some back and forth, but ultimately I was very pleased with the outcome. Thank you very much!
Wish I could leave no stars.My husband ordered flowers for our anniversary to be delivered to my work today and they never showed up. We both called way before closing and the phone just rings and rings and has no voicemail set up. At this point we just want our money back. DO NOT ORDER from them! It was great to speak to someone local when I was ordering flowers for my dear friend's special birthday and I couldn't be there in person. They helped me choose based on the best flowers that were in season. Great personalized customer experience!
I am from out of state and chose to order flowers locally for friends we stayed with while in Tennessee. Smoot’s appeared to be a good choice so I ordered the simple charm selection. The delivery was delayed and I called to check on it twice. Our friends ended up getting 2 bouquets of flowers, neither one the simple charm I had ordered. I was never notified that it was going to be substituted. When I tried to call, voicemail was full. Very disappointed!
I ordered flowers for our Anniversary. They were supposed to be delivered on May 26, however, they were not delivered. I sent an email to Smoot’s but no response. This is a very sad way to run a business. My wife was very disappointed and I would not recommend Smoot’s and I am out over 100 dollars. Think twice before ordering anything from this place.
If I could give zero stars I would. I used 800-flowers to order a $150 bouquet for my Mom for Mother’s Day. I received a text that the flowers were delivered on Thursday May 11th but they were not delivered at all. So basically they lied about the delivery and now I have to wait till late tonight and call back to receive a refund. The worst part is it was Mother’s Day and my Mom got nothing.
They are wonderful! I needed flowers delivered very early morning as a surprise. They had them delivered and upgraded the vase. The floral arrangement was even prettier than expected. Great local company with true southern hospitality. They exceeded our expectations in every way. They even followed up with a call the next day to make sure we were pleased. I highly recommend Smoot's flowers!

My uncle and aunt sent me beautiful flowers while I was in the hospital over Christmas weekend, they are absolutely beautiful, packaged well and the person who delivered them was so kind and sweet. Highly recommend this company for your flower needs!
Ordered flowers same day. Ran into some issues with the address and the sir was extremely patient and went to the extreme to make sure that she received the flowers. I won't use any other service again. Thank you Smoot's Flowers!!!

I cannot say how disappointed I was in my order. Completely different in design/structure/feel. Will never use again. I paid $100 after all the fees for a $20-$30 design with two roses and standard flowers to fill where they didn’t have stock - it was nothing like the proposed design. “White Dream” don’t spend the money. Sooooo under par.
My sister paid for the extra large field of Europe and our mother received the small with a smiley balloon which should have been a birthday balloon. Received which should have been the correct one and instead received the middle with a red balloon. No business name on card both times. Would never recommend this florist. When you pay for something you should get what you paid for not flowers from the grocery store. I could have picked from my garden and had better flowers
